BIOGRAPHY

From a young age, my quest was to understand and care for the human being and their connection to something greater than themselves. This calling led me to become a Doctor of Pharmacy, a certified coach and ultimately the Global Head of a coaching and training department in an international pharmaceutical company.

Fascinated by Jungian psychotherapy and transactional analysis, I also explored various spiritual traditions, from Tibetan Buddhism to shamanism, from energy healing to the Yoga Sutras. These paths have deeply enriched the way I support individuals as well as corporate teams and leaders in their personal transformation journey.

At the same time, my deep love for horses inspired me to deepen my understanding of these wise and fascinating animals, and to integrate them into my therapeutic approach.

The final piece of the puzzle was to find a place that would be both an ideal environment for the horses and a welcoming space for coachees and participants. In August 2024, we moved to Domaine La Perla, a green haven where we founded Equine&Tao—our company that brings together our spiritual, energetic, horsemanship, and psychological expertise.

Equine&Tao offers individual sessions and workshops for both private clients and organizations, guided by the gentle presence of horses and ponies. These experiences invite you to reconnect with your true nature. All work is done on foot, and no prior equestrian experience is needed.

This inner journey is guided by practices that open the door to expanded states of consciousness — through energy work, meditation, breathwork, and  yoga.

Through this awakening of the self, you’ll gain deeper self-understanding, reconnect with your essence and true purpose, and find emotional and psychological balance. It is a path toward inner peace, clearer decision-making, greater resilience—and for teams, deeper levels of connection and cohesion.
